A: Yes, we provide free stock samples (customer covers express freight). We can also reverse-engineer and manufacture based on your provided samples (a sampling cost will be charged).

A: We accept low MOQs if the requested item is in stock, with a delivery time of 5-10 days. For custom production without existing stock, the lead time is typically 15-25 days depending on the volume.

A: For orders ≤ $5,000 USD, 100% in advance. For orders > $5,000 USD, 30% T/T deposit in advance, and the 70% balance before shipment. We will provide detailed product and packaging photos before you process the final balance.

A: Please send us the layout, 3D drawing, or vector design files of your tin can. Based on your design, we will prepare physical pre-production samples within 7 days.

A: Absolutely. You, your colleagues, or a designated third-party inspection agency are warmly welcomed to visit our factory to thoroughly check the goods before dispatch.

A: If you have a shipping forwarder in China, we will deliver directly to them. Otherwise, for small/urgent quantities, we suggest express couriers (DHL, FEDEX, UPS, TNT). For bulk orders, we highly recommend cost-effective sea freight.
