Every production run is backed by double-seam integrity tests, automated water-bath leak checks, and high buckling pressure limits (≥1.5Mpa).
Because high-quality offset lithography requires plate setup, our standard MOQ is generally 75,000 pieces. For unprinted or solid white/silver cans, please contact us to discuss lower minimums.
Yes. We highly recommend testing our free unprinted samples with your specific paint formulation to ensure absolute compatibility with our internal protective coatings.
Once your printing design is approved and the deposit is finalized, mass production via our 8 automated lines is typically completed within 12 to 20 days.
Our standard terms are a 30% T/T advance payment, with the 70% balance settled against the B/L copy. We also accommodate specific B2B financial arrangements upon negotiation.
